Roofing Contractor Certification Program
The Iowa Roofing Contractors Association initiated this voluntary program to elevate the knowledge of its members in the fair, safe and ethical operation of a roofing business in the State of Iowa. Through tests for acceptable levels of knowledge of applicable State and Federal business laws, the public bid process, safety standards and the roofing trade. We intend to help members provide consumers the highest degree of confidence and protection when purchasing services from IRCA Certified Roofing Contractors.

The Iowa Roofing Contractors Association has strived to meet the educational needs of the industries it serves. Each year, the IRCA awards scholarships for students attending a post secondary school. Applications for these scholarships are reviewed at annual IRCA board meetings.
