Professional Career
For the last 15 years, Greg has been a professional facilitator and business coach. He is the principal in GY Consulting & Facilitation Services specializing in business coaching, strategy, facilitation, strategic governance and board development/education. From 2003 through 2014, he was the Franchise owner for The Alternative Board TAB in a three county area in Metro East, IL across from St. Louis. In this capacity, he facilitated monthly peer advisory boards comprised of business owners of small to medium size privately held companies. This was coupled with monthly executive business coaching, consulting and mentoring.
Currently, he serves as a coach to 6 business owners.
Prior to this, Greg spent 25 years serving in executive management and leadership positions in healthcare including serving as the President of two hospitals. In his last position, he was President and CEO of a Catholic Health System of hospitals and nursing homes in Southern Illinois.
